Profile
My name is Alicja Sowa, and I am a multidisciplinary designer specializing in strategic design, branding, and digital design with almost 15 years of experience. My passion lies in creating emotional experiences at the intersection of business, design, and technology (including AI). I am deeply enthusiastic about branding, recognizing its power and impact on businesses, as well as its significance in influencing people and the environment.
In my work, I draw inspiration from and combine experiences across various fields, including social studies, science, technology development, design, art, and business. I am dedicated to advancing UX practices across all design disciplines. I approach design seeing from a bird's-eye view, analyzing the needs of the target group thoroughly, and perceiving the opportunity to solve the challenges they face.
I enjoy collaborating with people and have experience in assembling cross-functional stellar teams, conducting workshops, and working in design thinking and design sprint methodologies.
Additionally, I am interested in studying human behavior and neuropsychology. I can't resist buying more design books and albums, as well as enjoying a good black coffee. My favorite quote is: 'A goal without a plan is just a wish' - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

You can expect open minded analysis and surprising insights in both her and your own output. She is also a great facilitator. She managed to get the process back on track when we got tunnel vision and derailed it.
