With 15 years at the intersection of business, design, and technology, I’ve learned that the best solutions happen when logic meets empathy. I don’t just design; I architect systems that solve business problems by creating meaningful, emotional connections.
I always look at the big picture. By connecting the dots between data, neuropsychology, and AI, I build brands that feel integrated rather than fragmented. For me, branding is never about a single element like a logo—it’s about the integrity of the entire customer experience.
I’m a big believer in the power of "stellar teams." Whether leading a sprint or a workshop, my goal is always the same: use automation and smart workflows to handle the "busy work," so the team can focus on what really matters—creativity. My approach is backed by IPMA certification and Harvard Business courses, ensuring that even the most complex visions are grounded in world-class management standards. I believe that any complex goal can be broken down into realistic, achievable milestones. To me, a great design process is like a symphony—where strategy sets the rhythm, allowing talent to perform at its peak.
For the past two years, I’ve been diving deep into AI and design automation, constantly refining how technology can elevate our craft.
Off the clock, I’m usually hunting for new design books or sipping a classic black coffee. I live by Saint-Exupéry’s words: "A goal without a plan is just a wish." I’m here to make sure we have the right plan.
